Ramon is a seasoned management professional with over 35 years experience in various production and executive roles in the mining and extractive industries. He is a founding member of the ARC Team which developed the ARC Process™ and provided some of the key innovative features of the technology. He will continue to play a key role in developing the technology and the global expansion of the company. 

Tassie Mortys
Bio-Production Manager

Tassie is an entomologist from Western Sydney University holding a Bachelor of Animal Science, Zoology Major and a Masters of Research (Science).

At ARC, in collaboration with the production team, she is responsible for the smooth production of our BSF population. Tassie loves all animals great and small, one of her favourite insect species is the BSF as she believes the world needs a more sustainable waste management solution.

Ignacio is a highly skilled and experienced senior executive having held various roles in public and private corporations. He has managed different portfolios in supply chain management, procurement and project management in both domestic and international markets.
