Ramon is a seasoned management professional with over 35 years experience in various production and executive roles in the mining and extractive industries. He is a founding member of the ARC Team which developed the ARC Process™ and provided some of the key innovative features of the technology. He will continue to play a key role in developing and commercialising the technology as well as the expansion of the business globally. 


Adam McArdle

CEO

Adam McArdle is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience delivering revenue growth, operational excellence, and transformative change in high-growth industries. Known for driving strategic initiatives, Adam has achieved average annual revenue growth of 50%, grown market share by 400%, and secured contracts exceeding $200 million with major clients like Coles, Woolworths, CBA, NAB, and Westpac.

With a Master of Management Enterprise from the University of Newcastle and a background in engineering, Adam blends strategic vision with technical expertise. His ability to align diverse teams and deliver innovative solutions positions him as a transformative leader driving sustainable growth and profitability in competitive markets. 


Tassie Mortys

Site Operations Manager

Tassie is an entomologist from Western Sydney University holding a Bachelor of Animal Science, Zoology Major and a Masters of Research (Science).

At ARC, in collaboration with the production team, she is responsible for the smooth production of our BSF population. Tassie loves all animals great and small, one of her favourite insect species is the BSF as she believes the world needs a more sustainable waste management solution.


Marin Gudmundsdottir

Sustainability Education Manager

Marin is a biology graduate from The University of Sydney with a passion in environmental science and zoology.

At ARC, she creates education programs and resources for schools and universities to educate students about sustainability and various scientific topics. She believes education brings empowerment and knowledge to people to contribute their own innovative solutions to improve our climate.


John Vyse

Waste Industry Technical Advisor

John has 20 years experience in the waste and recycling industry with a clear understanding of the nature and composition of waste and the opportunities this provides for the recovery of resources. With a strong track record of managing commercial growth and diversification John is now providing assistance and advice to a number of companies including Topsoil Organics Pty Ltd and ARC Ento Tech Pty Ltd.


Jimmy Jaggs

Waste Industry Technical Advisor

Jimmy Jaggs has been a pioneer in the waste services industry for over 45 years. As an architect in the resource recovery sector, he works to keep municipal solid waste (MSW) out of landfills. Currently, Jimmy serves as the Technical Advisor for ARC Technology and also owns two companies focused on water treatment. Lifeworks Environmental treats water using nanobubble technology and Solar Combined uses solar power. Jimmy also advises councils on their waste management and recycling strategies.
