Chief Financial Officer
Paul is a CPA with 29 years in accounting, corporate finance and commerce. Before joining ARC Ento Tech Ltd, Paul held the position of CFO at a national property development and construction group, an ASX-listed Diversified Mining Contractor with operations in Australia and the USA, and a UK AIM-listed Mining and Civil Earthworks Contractor.

Tassie Mortys
Operations Manager
Tassie is an entomologist with a strong background in animal science and zoology, holding a Master of Research (Science) from Western Sydney University. At ARC, she oversees daily site operations, working closely with the production team to ensure efficient cultivation and maintenance of the Black Soldier Fly population. Her expertise in insect science and commitment to innovation help drive ARC’s waste management solutions and circular resource recovery process.

John has 20 years experience in the waste and recycling industry with a clear understanding of the nature and composition of waste and the opportunities this provides for the recovery of resources. With a strong track record of managing commercial growth and diversification John is now providing assistance and advice to a number of companies including Topsoil Organics Pty Ltd and ARC Ento Tech Pty Ltd.

Jimmy Jaggs
Waste Industry Technical Advisor
Jimmy Jaggs has been a pioneer in the waste services industry for over 45 years. As an architect in the resource recovery sector, he works to keep municipal solid waste (MSW) out of landfills. Currently, Jimmy serves as the Technical Advisor for ARC Technology and also owns two companies focused on water treatment. Lifeworks Environmental treats water using nanobubble technology and Solar Combined uses solar power. Jimmy also advises councils on their waste management and recycling strategies.
